THE ULTIMATE ISLAND DAYTRIP.

Far away from the hustle and bustle lies a remote, coral island with white beaches, crystal clear water and a spectacular reef full of colorful fishes. The flat, wind-swept island of Klein Curacao (Dutch for Little Curacao) is a hotspot for divers, snorkelers and sunbathers. During the day there is plenty of time to explore Klein Curacao, to lie on the beach, to go snorkeling or to relax on the boat.

05:45 am.

We know it’s very early, but it’s more than worth it! Pack all your stuff and make sure to bring your sunscreen, hat and sunglasses with you! The sun is so strong and it would be a shame if you were to suffer a sunstroke during the day. Hop in your car and get ready to head off on your adventure!

07:00 am.

Your adventure to Klein Curaçao begins early in the morning. After checking in at St. Barbara between 07:00 and 07:25, you board the boat and set sail at 07:30. The ride across the sparkling Caribbean waters takes about an hour, and soon you arrive at the breathtaking shores of Klein Curaçao.

09:00 am.

As soon as you arrive at Klein Curaçao, you are welcomed with an informative session about the day planning and the island’s history, wildlife and marine life. Afterward, enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet to fuel up for the day. With your energy restored, the rest of the morning is yours to explore—relax on the soft white sand beaches, swim in the turquoise waters or explore the lighthouse and check out the shipwrecks.

13:00 pm.

We know that you can get really hungry after exploring, so this is the perfect time to refuel. A delicious BBQ lunch awaits, complete with fresh salads and tropical fruits.

If you’re up for more adventure, join the optional guided snorkel safari from 14:30 to 15:30, discovering even more of the island’s underwater wonders.

Prefer to explore the island on your own? Grab a snorkel mask and swim among vibrant coral reefs.

15:45 pm.

By 15:45, it’s time to prepare for the journey home. You set sail back to Curaçao at 16:00, relaxing on the boat and enjoying a Rum Punch during the Happy Hour as you take in the stunning views one last time. Around 17:00, you arrive back at St. Barbara, your unforgettable day on Klein Curaçao coming to a close.

All good things must come to an end. One thing is for sure, there is no place as beautiful and relaxing as the small uninhabited island of Klein Curaçao. We definitely think this is Curaçao’s most beautiful beach.
